1. General Payment Terms

    • Downgrades: Effective from the next billing cycle.

  • Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply in cases of duplicate charges, technical errors, or as required by applicable law (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period).

3. Credits (Top-up & Bonus)

  • Purchase: Credits can be purchased separately and will be added to your account balance. Some top-up packages may include bonus credits.
  • Usage: Credits may only be used within our Service and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold.
  • Validity:
    • Purchased credits: Valid until used.
    • Bonus credits: Do not expire but cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds:
    • Top-up orders are eligible for a refund request within 7 days from the purchase date.
    • Refunds only cover unused purchased credits.
    • Bonus credits received with the order will be deducted (reclaimed) if the associated top-up order is refunded.
    • Used credits are strictly non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests should be submitted through our online refund request feature available in your account.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
